Your CloudPool login
Signed in as
Used CloudPool with a username before?
Bring that login over once, and this Google account opens it from now on: every connected account, drive, share link and setting comes along, and anything you have connected since signing in with Google joins it. Its password then stops working, so computers still signed in with it will ask you to sign in with Google.
Your password is turned into keys in this browser, the way the apps do it (a few seconds), and never sent.
API keys
A key lets an AI app or a script use your drives: through the MCP server (Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other AI apps) or the REST API. Give each app its own key with only what it needs, and delete a key to cut that app off.
Using Claude? You do not need a key: in Claude's Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, give it https://cloudpool.vercel.app/mcp and sign in when it asks. Claude's key then appears in this list by itself.
Copy this key now. It is shown once; CloudPool keeps only a fingerprint of it.
Your computers
Accounts only a computer can open (OneDrive, Dropbox, buckets, NAS boxes, disks...) reach the MCP server and the API through CloudPool on one of your computers, while it is open there. To stop a computer answering, turn off Answer MCP and API calls in CloudPool's Settings there; removing it here only clears it from this list, and it joins again while that switch is on.
Delete your login
Erases this login from CloudPool's server: the encrypted account list, every share link and every API key. Nothing is deleted from your storage accounts, and computers keep their own copy until you sign out there.
